Product Directory

Addressable fire alarm systems

AZEIDK supplies Context Plus addressable fire alarm systems in Saudi Arabia: control and repeater panels, smoke, heat, flame and beam detectors, input/output units, manual call points, and loop-powered sounders and beacons.

In an addressable system each device has its own address, so the panel identifies the device and its location on alarm or fault. Send your drawings and device counts through the quote request page.

Frequently asked questions

How many devices can one loop take?

For FirePlus panels the product page states up to 126 devices per loop. The design figure depends on device loading, cable length and the manufacturer's recommendations.

What is the difference between XPERT and Context UL-Plus detectors?

XPERT detectors are addressed with an address card and their pages state LPCB approval, while Context UL-Plus detectors use the Discovery protocol and are stated as UL Listed. The choice follows the project specification and the approval required.

Can conventional detectors be connected to an addressable system?

Yes, through the 55000-845IMC zone monitor, whose page states it connects up to 20 Series 65 conventional detectors to the addressable system.

Can several panels be networked?

Yes. Network cards link up to 8 XFP panels over RS485, and ZFP panels have network cards and repeaters as listed on the product pages.

What do you need for an addressable system quotation?

Drawings, the number of each device type, the number of floors, any interfaces with HVAC, lifts or doors, and the consultant-approved specification.

Send your drawings and device counts, and the AZEIDK team will prepare a quotation with the proposed panel and number of loops.
