Addressable Voice Sounder Beacon, Hi-Output, Deep Base, CON447A/CX/DR

The Context Plus CON447A/CX/DR combines a voice sounder and a visual alarm device (VAD) in one loop-powered addressable unit, giving both spoken instructions and a flashing warning for occupants.

It uses the same lens and electronics as the Context Plus wall sounder VAD certified to EN 54-23, EN 54-3 and EN 54-17.

Key features:

• Three selectable voice message pairs with high intelligibility.
• W-2.4-8.2 light distribution when wall mounted (minimum 0.4 lux over a 2.4 m × 8.2 m area).
• 7 selectable volume levels and up to 15 selectable tone pairs.
• Built-in short-circuit loop isolator.
• Group addressing for simultaneous operation of several devices.
• Deep base, IP33C (Type B), red housing.

Electrical data:

• Quiescent current: 550µA.
• Alarm current: 19.5mA at 24V DC (VAD lit, voice sounder at maximum).
