AZEIDK Group helps organize technical requirements and observations associated with the procedures of the relevant authorities within the agreed scope of service. This support helps clarify the requirements and responsibilities involved in the approval process.
Approval procedures require clear, well-organized documentation and coordination.
We review requirements against the Saudi Fire Code (SBC 801), the General Directorate of Civil Defense requirements and the relevant NFPA standards, such as NFPA 72 for fire alarm systems, NFPA 13 for sprinklers and NFPA 25 for inspection and maintenance of water-based systems, together with the Salamah and Balady platform requirements where they apply. The final decision on any licence or approval always rests with the competent authority.
Do you guarantee the licence will be issued?
No. We help meet the technical requirements, organise the file and close out observations; issuing the licence is the authority’s decision.
Does the service include carrying out repairs?
It can include supplying, installing and correcting what is needed in fire alarm and firefighting systems, under a separate quotation that defines scope and cost.
Which documents should we prepare?
Available system drawings, the latest inspection and maintenance reports, the current facility licence if any, and any observations issued by the authority.
