3PUMP Fire Pump Packages – Electric, Diesel & Jockey

3PUMP fire pump packages are complete sets on a common base: a main electric-driven fire pump, a standby diesel-driven pump and a jockey pump for pressure maintenance, each with its own controller.

AZEIDK supplies 3PUMP packages in Saudi Arabia in several types and capacities to suit each project’s hydraulic calculations. The following models are documented in official 3PUMP datasheets (Non-UL versions):

• 500 GPM @ 8 bar: pump 3P 4×3-10.2, electric motor 75 HP, diesel engine POWER 4102 – 84 HP, jockey pump RV10-10 – 40 GPM / 8.5 bar – 4.0 kW.
• 750 GPM @ 9 bar: pump 3P 5×4-10.2, electric motor 100 HP, diesel engine POWER 4105BZ – 108 HP, jockey pump RV10-10 – 30 GPM / 9.5 bar – 4.0 kW.
• 1000 GPM @ 10 bar: pump 3P 5×4-10.2L, electric motor 150 HP, diesel engine POWER 6102BZQ – 150 HP, jockey pump RV10-12 – 40 GPM / 10.5 bar – 4.0 kW.
• 1500 GPM @ 10 bar: pump 3P 6×5-12.4, electric motor 250 HP, diesel engine POWER 6120Ti – 240 HP, jockey pump RV10-12 – 40 GPM / 10 bar – 4.0 kW.

Main and standby pump construction per the datasheets:

• Pump type: End Suction.
• Casing: cast iron.
• Impeller: bronze.
• Shaft: stainless steel.
• Shaft seal: mechanical seal.
• Supply: 415 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase.
• Controllers: 3 individual LS controllers (made in Korea).
