Product Overview

The Context Plus EP212 is an optional expansion board that mounts inside the EP203/CON three-zone automatic extinguisher panel and provides five volt-free relay contacts for signalling the state of the extinguishing system to other equipment.

Key features:

• Reset relay switches during the panel reset cycle.
• Mode relay switches when the system is changed to manual mode.
• Discharged relay switches when a released flow switch input is received, confirming the agent has been released.
• Hold relay switches when a hold input is received; in 2nd stage alarm the release sequence is halted.
• Abort relay switches when an abort input cancels the release sequence.
• Single-pole change-over contacts rated 1A at 30V DC; not for switching mains voltages.

Typical applications:

• Signalling extinguishing system status to BMS, fire alarm and HVAC controls.
