Context Plus 227 HFC-227ea Clean Agent, UL Listed and FM Approved

Context Plus 227 is the trade name of HFC-227ea, heptafluoropropane. It is an effective extinguishing agent for many types of fire, from sensitive electrical equipment to industrial applications with flammable liquids.

It is stored as a liquefied compressed gas and discharged into the hazard as a colourless, electrically non-conductive vapour that does not obscure vision and leaves no residue. It extinguishes fire by a combination of chemical and physical mechanisms and does not displace oxygen, so it is safe in occupied spaces at design concentration.
