Product Overview

The Desk Phone 9800 Series is Cisco's current range of SIP desk phones, from the grayscale 9841 up to the 9871 with a 5-inch touchscreen. All four models have a Gigabit PC pass-through port and are PoE powered, and the 9861 and 9871 add Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The phones register to Webex Calling, Cisco Unified CM and several third-party SIP platforms.
