The 8262 is a ruggedised DECT handset with an IP65 housing, a 2.4-inch colour display and dedicated alarm functions such as man-down and alarm-button calls. It works with Alcatel-Lucent communication servers over their DECT base stations. An 8262Ex version is offered for explosive (ATEX) areas.
