AZEIDK Group supports the handover process by compiling technical information, inspection and test results, and available documentation into a structured handover package.
An organized handover enables operations teams to understand the installed systems and access relevant documentation when needed. We review available documents, coordinate as-built drawings, test results, and operation and maintenance manuals, and identify any outstanding documentation that must be completed before project closeout. Handover requirements vary depending on the contract, project scope, and relevant stakeholders.
Why does the handover file matter?
It is the owner’s reference for inspections and safety licence renewal, and the basis for a maintenance contract later.
Review the list of required documents in accordance with the contractual scope.
Organize available as-built drawings and operation and maintenance manuals.
Compile inspection and testing reports and available equipment certificates.
Prepare a register of outstanding items and documents requiring completion.
Coordinate the handover package and review its completeness with the relevant stakeholders.
