The Falcon Gold Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression System is a wet chemical fire suppression system designed to protect commercial cooking areas, including kitchen hoods, exhaust ducts, filters, and cooking appliances exposed to grease and oil fire risks.
The system uses a wet chemical extinguishing agent stored inside a cylinder and discharged through a piping network and fixed nozzles directed toward the protected cooking hazards. In case of fire, the system can be activated through heat detectors or a manual release station, discharging the extinguishing agent toward the fire source to help suppress flames quickly and reduce the risk of re-ignition.
The system is suitable for restaurants, central kitchens, hotels, cafés, malls, hospitals, schools, and food preparation facilities that require a dedicated fire suppression solution for commercial cooking areas.
Available capacities according to the catalog include 15L and 25L. Final capacity, nozzle quantity, and distribution layout are selected according to kitchen hood size, cooking equipment type, hazard points, and project requirements.
