Information you give us: name, company, job title, mobile number, email, governorate and the details of your request or project, when you use our website forms or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Project documents: drawings, specifications and BOQs you send for a quotation or technical study.

Why we use it

To answer your request and prepare quotations and technical advice.
To supply equipment, carry out installation, commissioning and maintenance, and follow up projects.
To improve the website and measure our campaigns, once you accept analytics and marketing cookies.

Legal basis

We process data on the basis of your consent, to perform a request or contract you asked for, or to meet a legal obligation. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

We share it only as needed with the relevant AZEIDK team, with service providers working for us such as hosting, email, analytics and advertising tools (Google, LinkedIn and TikTok after your consent), or with an authority where the law requires it. We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as the law requires, and then delete or anonymise it. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and restricted access.
