As a technical reference, and as summarised by Pumps & Systems, NFPA 20 says a pump must deliver 150% of rated flow at no less than 65% of rated pressure, and shutoff pressure must not exceed 140% of rated pressure. The values below come from the electric pump curves on the datasheets, at 2950 rpm:

Set

Pressure at 150% flow

Share of rated pressure

Shutoff pressure

Share of rated pressure

500 GPM / 8 bar

7.00 bar

About 88%

9.42 bar

About 118%

750 GPM / 9 bar

7.60 bar

About 84%

10.15 bar

About 113%

1000 GPM / 10 bar

8.00 bar

80%

10.90 bar

109%

1500 GPM / 10 bar

8.50 bar

85%

10.88 bar

About 109%

These are manufacturer data for non-listed sets, not a certificate from an independent test body. The datasheet also has a diesel pump curve at 3000 rpm with a slightly higher shutoff pressure, for example 11.06 bar on the 1000 GPM set, so use the higher of the two curves when checking pressure. On the two 10 bar sets, churn pressure is close to 11 bar. If the pump draws from an elevated tank or a pressurised line, the total can approach 12 bar, which is a common rating class for fire components (175 psi).
